Julie spent over a decade working directly with women in their most pivotal professional moments. After years managing teams across France, she moved into the luxury fashion market in London, built her own personal styling agency, and eventually co-founded a school to train the next generation of stylists.
Long before founding Glowher, she was already doing the work, guiding accomplished women who could not see what she could see in them. What she noticed, session after session, was the same gap. These women were capable, often brilliant and consistently operating below their actual potential. Not from lack of ambition. From years of conditioning that had quietly overridden who they actually were.
Later, when she started studying Human Design, everything clicked. She was finally able to see the precise map of what she had been witnessing intuitively for years. So she started building a system of her own. The results were immediate and permanent. Women stopped second-guessing. They started moving from their own mechanics.
