1. Overview

Glowher is a clarity system founded by Julie Louas and operated by Ghostudio Limited, a company registered in Cyprus.

By accessing the Glowher website or purchasing any Glowher programme or service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Glowher offers the following paid services:

• The Inner Circle — a 6-week live programme
• The Decode Session — a one-to-one session

Glowher also hosts the Hive Live Event, a free event open to the public. No purchase is required to attend.

All programme details, schedules, and pricing are subject to change. Confirmed enrolments are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Stripe or direct bank transfer.

Your card statement may show the charge under Ghostudio Limited or Glowher by Ghostudio.

Prices are listed in euros excluding applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

A full refund is available provided no session of the programme has been attended. Once anysession has been attended, no refund will be issued regardless of the remaining programme schedule.

To request a refund, contact Julie directly at julie@glowher.io with your order details before attending your first session.

4. Acceptable Use

By participating in any Glowher programme, you agree to engage with respect toward Julie and other participants.

GlowHer reserves the right to remove any participant from a programme without refund if their conduct is deemed harmful to others.

Programme materials, recordings, and content shared within Glowher are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share them without written permission from Glowher.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Glowher website and within Glowher programmes, including text, methodology, visual materials, and recordings, is the intellectual property of Julie Louas and Ghostudio Limited.

Nothing in these terms grants you a licence to reproduce or commercialise any Glowher content.

6. Limitation of Liability

Glowher programmes are educational and personal development in nature. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghostudio Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Glowher services.

7. Referral Programme

This section governs the Glowher Referral Programme. Partners are individuals approved by Glowher to refer eligible clients to the Inner Circle in exchange for a commission on confirmed enrolments.

Eligibility

Participation in the Referral Programme is by application and approval only. Glowher reserves the right to decline any application without obligation to provide a reason.

Commission structure

Commission is earned on confirmed Inner Circle enrolments only. The rate is tiered based on the number of enrolments attributed to the partner.

Once a tier is reached, it is permanetly maintained. Commission is calculated on the final sale price at the time of purchase.

Attribution

Referral attribution is confirmed through the Inner Circle application form, where the referred client names the partner, and directly with Julie. Glowher's determination of attribution is final.

Payout

Commission is paid 21 days after the refund eligibility period has lapsed, via bank transfer to the partner's nominated account.

A referral is considered confirmed once the referred client hasattended their first session.

Commission is voided if the referred client requests and receives are fund prior to attending any session.

Removal and termination

Glowher reserves the right to remove a partner from the programme at any time if the partner misrepresents Glowher, Julie Louas, or the programme, or acts in a manner inconsistent with the values of Glowher.

Commission on confirmed sales prior to removal will be honoured. Partners may not claim commission on self-referrals.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Glowher services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
