1. Overview
Glowher is a clarity system founded by Julie Louas and operated by Ghostudio Limited, a company registered in Cyprus.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and whatrights you have over it. It applies to all visitors and clients of the Glowher website and programmes.
2. What data we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
• Name and email address — collected via all Glowher forms, including the Decode Sessionbooking form, the Inner Circle application form, the Hive Live Event registration form, and theReferral Programme application form.
• Birth date, birth time, and birth location — collected via Glowher forms where Human Design isrelevant to the service. This data is used solely to generate your Human Design body graph and isnot used for any other purpose. The Decode Session — a one-to-one session.
• Payment data — processed securely via Stripe. Glowher does not store card details. Stripe's own privacy policy governs the handling of payment information.
• Analytics data — collected via Google Analytics, including pages visited, time on site, device type,and approximate location. This data is anonymised and aggregated.
• Cookie data — collected via cookies placed on your browser when you visit the Glowher website. See Section 6 for full details.
3. Why we collect it
We collect and use your data for the following purposes:
• Name and email — to deliver services, send booking confirmations, and communicate with youabout your programme. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interest.
• Birth date, birth time, and birth location — to generate your Human Design body graph whererelevant to the service purchased. Legal basis: contract.
• Payment data — to process your purchase securely via Stripe. Legal basis: contract.
• Analytics data — to understand how people use the Glowher website and improve it. Legal basis:legitimate interest.• Cookie data — to remember your preferences and measure site performance. Legal basis:consent.
• Email address for marketing — to send you Glowher updates, programme information, and eventinvitations via Loops. Legal basis: consent.
4. Email marketing
Glowher uses Loops to manage its email list and send communications. By submitting any Glowherform, you may be added to the relevant Glowher mailing list in Loops.
You will only receive marketing emails if you have explicitly consented to receive them, either byticking a consent box on a form or by opting in at a Glowher event.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any Glowher email, or bycontacting Julie directly at julie@glowher.io
Glowher may use your data for retargeting purposes on social media platforms, including Meta andothers. This means your email address may be used to show you relevant Glowher content on thoseplatforms. You can opt out of this at any time by contacting Julie at julie@glowher.io
5. Third-party services
Glowher uses the following third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy governingits handling of data:

• Webflow — website hosting and forms. webflow.com/legal/privacy
• Calendly — session booking for the Decode Session. calendly.com/privacy

We do not sell your data to any third party.
6. Cookies
The Glowher website uses cookies to function and to measure performance. A cookie is a small filestored in your browser that helps the site remember information about your visit.We use the following types of cookies:
• Essential cookies — required for the site to function. Cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies — placed by Google Analytics to measure site usage. You can opt out via yourbrowser settings or by using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
You can manage or disable cookies at any time via your browser settings. Note that disabling cookiesmay affect your experience on the Glowher website.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR and applicable data protection law, you have the following rights over your personaldata:
• The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
• The right to correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
• The right to request deletion of your personal data.
• The right to restrict or object to how we process your data.
• The right to data portability — to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

8. Data retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to deliver the services you havepurchased and to meet our legal obligations.
Birth data collected via Glowher forms is used solely to generate your Human Design body graph andis not retained beyond what is required to deliver that service.
Email addresses are retained on our Loops list until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this document reflects themost recent revision. Continued use of the Glowher website after any changes constitutesacceptance of the updated policy.
